Smoked Whitefish Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 a baguette (sliced into 20 (1/4inch) slices)
- 8 ounces flaked whitefish
- 2 tablespoon dill (chopped)
- 6 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 20 caper berries (halved)
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, garlic and salt. Brush each slice of baguette on both sides with olive oil and spread them out on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle the seed mixture evenly over the bread. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the flaked white fish, dill and crème fraîche with a rubber spatula.
- Top each crostini with a spoonful of the salad and top with 2 caper berry halves.
