Ingredients

2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato crème, such as agnoni

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, such as guerzoni

1/2 teaspoon Giadzy spicy season or lemon and oregano salt

1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped black cerignola olives, such as Fratepietro

1/2 cup olive oil
-
4 caper berries, soaked, rinsed, dried and chopped
Instructions
On a plate combine the sun-dried tomato crème, balsamic vinegar, season salt, parmesan cheese, cerignola olives, and olive oil. Mix together with a fork. Sprinkle the chopped caper berries on top and serve with crusty bread to swipe through.

I tried to give this a five star review, but the system would only allow me to go to four stars. The dipping oil recipe is a winner in my family….everyone loved it.
This loaded dipping oil recipe is a MUST try for all bread dippers, Words can’t describe how good this dish is. Use a nice Italian rustic loaf of bread for dipping and this will be a meal in itself. Be sure to use all of Giada’s recommended ingredients. trust me. you will have a memorable culinary experience.
