This vinaigrette is on Giada's rotation: it's the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, and brings a bright edge to pastas, salads and beyond. Keep a jar of this in the fridge to dress up roasted veggies or even use as a condiment for proteins. The possibilities are endless, it takes less than 5 minutes to whip up, and it's so much better than anything you'd buy in a store.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or more to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon Giadzy Spicy Oregano Salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, Dijon, maple syrup and Spicy Oregano Salt until combined. Slowly drizzle in the ½ cup extra virgin olive oil while whisking, until creamy and emulsified. Alternatively, you can add everything to a mason jar and shake vigorously until emulsified.

  2. Use on pastas, salads, drizzle on roasted vegetables, or even serve alongside grilled chicken. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
