Absolutely! The Membership is open to all individuals regardless of their location. Although the shipping perks are exclusive to orders within the Continental US, the Membership offers many fantastic features and content, such as access to recipes, live streams, and exclusive Giada-related content!

No. Once you’ve selected your billing frequency and completed the checkout process, it cannot be changed. You may cancel your Membership and restart a new one if you need to change your billing frequency.

Yes. You can update your payment method at any time by logging into your account, then selecting My Membership > Payment Methods.

All our products come with a clearly marked expiration date. This date indicates the "best by" or "best before" date, ensuring optimal flavor and quality. Consuming the product after this date is generally safe, but it may not retain its optimal flavor or texture. Additionally, proper storage can help extend the shelf life of our ingredients. For specific guidelines on storage and extending shelf life, please don't hesitate to contact us.

The expiration date indicates the "best by" or "best before" date, signifying the period during which the product is at its peak quality. While we do carry products that follow the standard format for expiration dates in the US, displayed as MMDDYY, most of our products typically follow the date notation used in Italy, which is displayed in the Day-Month-Year format. If you need clarification on which notation your product follows, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Orders / Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Virgin Islands. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO.

At this time we cannot accommodate special delivery instructions.

For shipping inside the Continental U.S., we offer free shipping on all orders for Members, or a flat fee of $10.50 for standard shipping for Non-Members.

For orders for other U.S. territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands), our shipping fee is $39.99

Orders placed after 11:00 A.M. PST / 2:00 P.M. EST or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Please allow 2 business days during peak seasons.

Subscription Services

When you subscribe to a box, you opt in to a recurring charge of the amount of the box you subscribed and shipping fees, when applicable, every month, until you cancel your subscription. You can skip a delivery at any month, and you can cancel your subscription too. At the beginning of each month, you’ll receive an email from Giadzy with the products inside your subscribed box, so you can make your decision.

You will only pay for the box you are getting, and the shipping fee, when applicable

You can subscribe to all our 3 (three) boxes, and skip as many months as you wish. We only allow customers to subscribe to a max of 1 (one) of each box. 

There’s no end day to your subscriptions services, even though you can cancel it at any time. It auto renews every month before your shipping day.

Yes, before your box ships on the respective month, you can go in your account at any time and select the option to ship your box now, or schedule another day for your shipment. You can also skip the shipment.

No, our boxes are curated under a specific theme or recipe and we do not offer customization at this moment. All subscription boxes are final and non-exchangeable, but you can skip a month if so you wish

Yes, if you subscribe to the “Recipe of the Month box” you’ll receive the recipe instructions via email, and you’ll also find it in your account at

Our Pasta Box is suitable for dairy free, vegan and vegetarian diets. Even thought some of the boxes of “Pantry Box” and “Recipe of the Month” may be fit to gluten, dairy, vegan and/or vegetarian friendly diets, others may don’t. If you wish to subscribe to any of our boxes, you’ll receive an email with the products that will ship inside each subscribed box, and you can opt to skip a month if not suitable for your dietary restrictions.
