Gold Wrapped Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our beloved gold wrapped olive oil, now made with Italy’s most loved olives. Frantoio and Leccino come together in a blend we made for everyday use, from pasta to salads and everything in between. The gold foil is still there for a reason: it protects the cold-pressed extra-virgin oil from oxidation, so what you pour tastes the way it should.
Frantoio and Leccino are two of Italy’s best-known olive varieties, grown side by side in Tuscany. Together they make an everyday oil that’s smooth enough to enhance any recipe, and good enough to drizzle straight on bread. Golden-green in color, with a soft, balanced flavor. Leccino brings a gentle sweetness, while Frantoio adds fresh, green character and a light peppery finish.
Use it as an everyday finishing oil over salads, soups, roasted vegetables, and warm bread. It’s gentle enough for delicate dishes like seafood, carpaccio, burrata, and risotto, and hearty enough to cook with.

This is my third bottle. I like it so much better than the other Italian brands I’ve tried. I use it for a salad dressing, pasta salads, as well as a great cooking oil.
The bottle arrived un-openable. The cap turned right and left continuously. I had to gently pry it open. Once open, it is now incapable of sealing. I contacted customer support, they told me how to turn the cap to open it to which I replied that now that I have it open, it does not seal. Then they replied with telling me to pour it into a different bottle that does. Wow. Great customer service.

My favorite olive oil of all time
My favorite olive oil. It is smooth and delicious without the sharpness that many olive oils have. I like to take a tsp of it in the morning with breakfast for the polyphenols that are abundant in this high grade oil.
