Light and fruity, it’s made with native taggiasca olives in the Liguria region, known as the Italian Riviera. The olives are cold-pressed and their oil is left unfiltered to preserve its rich, aromatic flavor and all those good-for-you antioxidants that make olive oil a healthy powerhouse. Golden yellow in color, our olive oil has a delicate, sweet flavor with notes of ripe olives and almonds. Northern Liguria shares a border with France, where the taggiasca olive is known as a niçoise. The small, juicy taggiasca olive is beloved across the Riviera region both for eating and as a source of an oil of exceptional delicacy and aroma. They are harvested once they reach the dark blue-violet color of peak ripeness, resulting in a milder, less bitter oil than those made with unripe olives. Olives are such an important part of life in Liguria that their groves line the cliffs that overlook the Mediterranean, giving the coastline a romantic, silvery glow as you approach from the water. Ligurian olive oils are known to be elegant and well-balanced, without aggressively bitter or tannic notes. The region was the perfect place for us to source our very first in-house olive oil, a crowd-pleasing variety that sings of its unique Italian home.

This is my third bottle. I like it so much better than the other Italian brands I’ve tried. I use it for a salad dressing, pasta salads, as well as a great cooking oil.
The bottle arrived un-openable. The cap turned right and left continuously. I had to gently pry it open. Once open, it is now incapable of sealing. I contacted customer support, they told me how to turn the cap to open it to which I replied that now that I have it open, it does not seal. Then they replied with telling me to pour it into a different bottle that does. Wow. Great customer service.
Perfect oil
First time buying and trying this. Very nice tasting olive oil. Used it on potatoes to oven roast them. Amazing!

I absolutely love this Olive Oil. Fabulous! I’m Italian too and am picky about olive oils. This one surprised me. I had no idea the flavor would be so rich and buttery. I’ll be buying more, I think I’m a lifer now. I compared it to others in my pantry. Sadly none of them were even close to the flavor of Giada’s. I’ve already sent a picture of this product to my close friends as this is something they have to try! I didn’t realize Amazon carried it I’d give it Ten Stars if I could. My grandma was from Naples too. Grandpa from Bari. This is definitely something I will be cooking my grandma's sauce with.

can’t say enough good things about this olive oil-it’s truly exceptional. I originally gifted a bottle to my grandparents, and they absolutely love it. My grandfather’s doctor recommended taking a tablespoon each morning for heart health, and he insists this one is far better than anything else he’s tried.
My fiancé and I have since made it part of our daily routine as well. We mix it into our morning bone broth and drizzle it over salads, and the flavor is just incredible-rich, smooth, and noticeably higher quality than typical olive oils. I honestly didn’t realize olive oil could taste this good.
