Organic Pappardelle Pasta: The long ribbons of our Giadzy organic pappardelle may remind you of fettuccine or tagliatelle, but a whole lot wider. The shape was invented in Tuscany, and the name is taken from the verb pappare, which in the local dialect means “to gobble up,” often with childish glee. We have no trouble with that part!

Organic Paccheri Pasta: Our Giadzy organic paccheri is a delicious pasta with a colorful past. Its name comes from the Neapolitan word for "slap," for the noise that happens when the cooked pasta is mixed with sauce, but that’s only the second most interesting thing about it: This may be the only pasta ever to have been involved in an international smuggling conspiracy!

Gold-Wrapped Extra Virgin Olive Oil: There’s nothing more valuable in the kitchen than a top-quality olive oil—that’s why we wrapped our Giadzy extra virgin olive oil in gold! Light and fruity, it’s made with native taggiasca olives in the Liguria region, known as the Italian Riviera. The olives are cold-pressed and their oil is left unfiltered to preserve its rich, aromatic flavor and all those good-for-you antioxidants that make olive oil a healthy powerhouse. Golden yellow in color, our olive oil has a delicate, sweet flavor with notes of ripe olives and almonds. The bottle is wrapped in gold foil to protect the delicate oil from oxidation, a fittingly luxurious package for such a stunning elixir.

Spicy Seasoned Salt: With our well-rounded Spicy Seasoned Salt in your pantry, you may never reach for another seasoning again. 2 Cans Whole Corbara Pomodorini Tomatoes: These whole, unpeeled pomodorini (“tiny tomatoes”) in tomato juice are bite-sized, bell-shaped cherry tomatoes grown in the heart of Campania. Loyal fans will remember how much Giada loved the “blue can” pomodorini—that’s why we sourced our own! The corbarino tomato is a unique variety even more prized by connoisseurs than its neighbor, the San Marzano. With the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, these tomatoes are Giada’s ultimate pick for sauces that sing with pure tomato flavor.

Nickel-Free Tomato Passata: When flavorful fresh tomatoes aren’t available, our ripe tomato passata is here to step in. Much more than your everyday tomato puree, passata is made with fresh tomatoes instead of cooked, giving it an elegant lightness of flavor and texture. It’s as if you had freshly grated, peak-of-summer tomatoes at your fingertips all year round.
