Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Bites

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas

½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread, such as Pariani
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly

2 tablespoons hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare a large plate or a sheet pan that fits in your freezer with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Cut the large bananas into 1-inch pieces. Mix the chocolate hazelnut spread with the melted coconut oil until completely combined. Using a fork, dunk the sliced banana pieces into the chocolate hazelnut mixture, coating entirely. Shake off any excess chocolate, and place on the parchment paper. Sprinkle each piece with some of the hazelnuts. Place in the freezer to set, for at least 2 hours.
- Once the banana bites are completely frozen, you can transfer them to a freezer bag or container. Allow to thaw at room temperature for a minute or two then enjoy.
