About our Subscription Services

When you choose a Giadzy subscription, you opt in to a
recurring charge plus shipping fees, if applicable. Before each shipment is sent, you’ll receive an email from Giadzy - and for Recipe of the Month, the exact recipe! You always have the option to skip a delivery, and you can cancel at any time.

There are no additional fees to sign up for a Giadzy subscription. You only pay for the boxes you receive, and the shipping fee, if applicable.

Your subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel it.

If you’re traveling, busy, or just not interested in the products set to be delivered, you always have the option to skip a box. There is no limit to the number of times you can skip your subscription.

Subscriptions will automatically be set to send from the date they are first ordered. To receive a box sooner, simply sign in to your account and select "Order Now"
