Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas peeled and coarsely mashed (about 1 3/4 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 10 1/2 by 5 1/2 by 3 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line the loaf pan across the short length with a sheet of parchment paper so there is 1 inch over hang on either side.
- Whisk the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon in a medium bowl to blend. Whisk the sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until fulling incorporated. Stir in the banana. Add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips and fold them in just until blended. Do not over mix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 30 minutes in the pan before removing the loaf to a wire rack to cool completely.
