Moms have had a monopoly on brunch for decades. And while I'm not one to complain (those Mother's Day meals with Jade are some of my favorite #mommymoments!), it doesn't seem fair to leave all the dads out there out in the cold. After all, who doesn't love being pampered by their family first thing in the morning?
This Father's Day brunch menu is a hearty way to celebrate the man in your life. My Dutch daddy pancake billows up tall and tasty when baked in a hot cast-iron pan. And no man can say no to plenty of bacon and pancetta, Italy's answer to... well, bacon! Add coffee and some fresh-squeezed OJ, and he'll be fueled up for a day of fun with the kids.
