Bucatini Pasta: On first glance, our Giadzy organic bucatini looks like a chunkier spaghetti. But look closer, and you’ll see that it’s hollow—the name is derived from the Italian word buco (“hole”). This straw-like shape has a clever double purpose: In addition to soaking up sauce for extra-flavorful bites, the hollow center also ensures that the thick pasta cooks evenly inside and out.

Crushed Calabrian Chili Paste: With a mellow, fruity heat that lingers on the palate but won't overwhelm, there's just no substitute for this crushed Calabrian chile paste from Tutto Calabria. The quintessential Italian chile, they are beloved around the country for the lively heat they bring to any dish. Similar in Scoville level to cayenne but with a depth of flavor unlike any other, this paste of fresh chiles crushed and preserved in olive oil is a must-have for any spice lover’s pantry. Whole Peeled Tomatoes: Only the best tomatoes make it into each jar of Masseria Dauna’s whole tomatoes, selected by hand in the fields that dot the hilly slopes of Puglia’s Dauni mountains. Each perfectly ripe fruit must be bursting with sweetness and rich umami flavor, nurtured by the hot sun that marks most days in the southern region (Puglia gets, on average, 2,500 hours of sun every year!).
