Unlike most citrus groves on the southern island, the trees for this honey are kept separate from other citrus fruits so as to ensure the bees feed only on lemon blossoms and nothing else. The result is a stunning honey with pleasantly sour notes and a distinctive floral aroma. It’s minimally processed to deliver nothing but pure honey flavor, with no artificial intervention or additives.
