Seasonal Recipe Box: Easy Artichoke Risotto

Each box will contain all of the pantry ingredients needed to make a recipe personally selected by Giada. In addition to staples like olive oil, pasta, herbs, and flours, you may receive exclusive products not yet available in the shop or access to a brand-new recipe that’s not yet on site. For April-June, the recipe is our Easy Artichoke Risotto. In Rome, the arrival of artichoke (or carciofi, as they’re known) season is met with great celebration each spring. We’re marking the occasion with a creamy, savory risotto loaded with plump, perfectly trimmed artichoke hearts from our friends at Fratepietro.

How it works: Boxes will be sent once every three months. Each box will cost between $55–$65, depending on the products included. You’ll receive an email before each shipment to remind you that your subscription charge is coming. When you get your items, you will receive an email with tips on how to use each product in your box.
