Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 4 cups water
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a 4 qt slow cooker and stir to combine. Place the slow cooker on low for 7 hours.
- Stir the oatmeal well. Scoop into bowls and serve with maple syrup, brown sugar, yogurt, berries, nuts or your desired toppings.

I’ve made this but added 1 can of fruit pie filling. So good!
