Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a 4 qt slow cooker and stir to combine. Place the slow cooker on low for 7 hours.
  2. Stir the oatmeal well. Scoop into bowls and serve with maple syrup, brown sugar, yogurt, berries, nuts or your desired toppings.
