Giada's famous lemon ricotta cookies just got reimagined for the fall season.
If there's one flavor we associate with Giada, it's lemon - and if there's one dessert, it's her lemon ricotta cookies. These famous cookies first hit the internet back in 2007, and they've been a huge fan favorite ever since - they're even made (and often-ordered!) in Giada's restaurants, Giada Vegas and Pronto By Giada.
While we have absolutely no issue eating lemon-flavored desserts year round, there's nothing like a warmly-spiced pumpkin dessert for autumn. So, what did we do? We gave Giada's famous lemon ricotta cookies a makeover for fall.

Light, fluffy, spiced, and delicious - these cookies deserve all the autumnal superlatives. They taste almost like muffin tops or pumpkin loaf, and the sweet and spiced glaze that hardens to a crackly crust makes them next-level good.

For any and all fall gatherings (and even an incredibly low-effort Thanksgiving dessert) these pumpkin ricotta cookies are our star cookie for the fall season. We even find they get tastier after a day or two, so they're a great make-ahead sweet.
