Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • 1 large orange (peeled)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1- inch piece of ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • ¬æ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup ice
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • Lemon juice to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine the avocado, banana, orange, spinach, ginger, coconut water, ice, salt, and, if using, lemon juice, to taste.
  2. Puree on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
