Giada's Go-To Vinaigrette

Ingredients

¼ cup white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

¾ teaspoon kosher salt (or seasoned Giadzy salt)
Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together the vinegar, Dijon, honey, oil and salt until fully combined and emulsified. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
