Ingredients

¼ cup white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

¾ teaspoon kosher salt (or seasoned Giadzy salt)
Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together the vinegar, Dijon, honey, oil and salt until fully combined and emulsified. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.

OMG..made this and garlicky bread crumbs..need to go on treadmill longer..will never be without bread crumbs..used on top of tuna noodle bake (lent)..to die for..like Giada says..a “staple” on my counter..
Made this dressing tonight with the Gargiulo garlic infused EVOO and thought it was fantastic!
