A basic vinaigrette is a necessary part of any cook’s repertoire and this is Giada's go-to. This vinaigrette is simple yet still maintains a lot of character from tangy apple cider vinegar and a pinch of seasoned salt. With so few ingredients, this is the time to use a super high-quality olive oil.

Use this as a dressing on salads of all kinds, a dip for crudites, a drizzle on cooked veggies and beyond. You'll never want to skip salad again!

Made this dressing tonight with the Gargiulo garlic infused EVOO and thought it was fantastic!
