A basic vinaigrette is a necessary part of any cook’s repertoire. This one is simple yet still maintains a lot of character - using an infused or flavored olive oil gives it a ton of flavor, and it's fun to experiment with different ones.
Use this as a dressing on salads of all kinda, a dip for crudites, a drizzle on cooked veggies and beyond.
Ingredients

¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon mountain flowers honey

½ cup garlic infused extra-virgin olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together the vinegar, Dijon, honey, garlic oil and salt until fully combine and emulsified. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
