Ingredients

  • 4 bananas (broken into 2-inch pieces)
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 750 ml bottle of Irish Whisky, such as Jameson

Instructions

  1. Place the bananas and cinnamon sticks in a medium bowl. Pour the whiskey over the banana mix. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and poke a few holes in the top. Allow the mixture to sit for 3 days.
  2. Strain the bananas out of the whiskey and pour it back in the bottle or into clean resealable glass bottles.
