We all know the classic worms-and-dirt of our childhoods: a layer of chocolate pudding, crushed cookies and cream, and gummy worms on top! Dr. Uma and Giadzy came together to provide a healthier spin on the nostalgic creation, with all the rich chocolate flavor and none of the sugar-crashing later.

"Swap out processed “dirt pudding” made of creme biscuits and pudding mix for nourishing dark chocolate avocado mousse, cacao nibs, and bits of chopped berries for a scary good treat.   • Giada',s avocado-chocolate mousse recipe
  • 3/4 cup of cacao nibs, or chopped dark chocolate
  • Assorted berries, (to garnish)


  1. Evenly disperse the avocado-chocolate mousse into 6 serving cups. Top the mousse with the caco nibs or dark chocolate, and finish with assorted berries. Refrigerate for up to one day or serve cold.
