Whip up my quick-and-easy baked gnocchi with ingredients already in your pantry.
Sometimes the best recipes are ones make with leftovers; case in point, this impromptu baked gnocchi. I got around to spring cleaning my kitchen over the weekend and in an effort to use up leftovers, I created this gnocchi recipe on the fly with leftover pre-made gnocchi, greens, sauce and leftover sausage. And you know what? It turned out pretty darn good (Luckily Jade thought so too!).
I posted this recipe on my Instagram and lots of people wrote in asking for the recipe, so I thought I'd share it here so you can recreate it at home too. You can easily personalize this recipe with whatever you have in your house. Feel free to use your favorite green instead of kale or whatever leftover cooked protein you have in your fridge – the easier the better!
