This simple vinaigrette is as easy as can be, with ingredients you surely already have in your pantry! You can make it herby by adding 1-2 tablespoons of freshly chopped herbs (such as chives, tarragon, dill or parsley!) and whisking them in at the end.

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Pour the cider vinegar into a small bowl. Drizzle in the oil in a steady stream while whisking until the oil is fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
