Giada’s Classic Italian Bread
This is the simple, classic Italian loaf of bread that I now turn to all the time. It’s perfectly soft, gets a beautiful golden-brown crust, and it really is just a great classic bread. On top of that, it’s quite easy to make as far as bread goes.

Can’t wait to try this! I would love to see Giada make pizza dough and make pizzas!
This looks delicious. I keep rewatching to hear what type of flour you are using. I think you say “type 0” flour and your flour bag says “pizza flour.” When I look to buy that on your site, I do not see it. Can you please verify the type of flour and if you sell it?
Ciao Melissa! Click the ‘Get the recipe here’ text below the video for the full recipe and links to the ingredients we used!
That looks so good! I’m definitely going to try this!
