A Gentle Italian cocktail is a delicious blend of Lillet blanc, Aperol and prosecco. This spin on an Aperol Spritz features Lillet, a delicately flavored French liqueur that's similar to Vermouth. It has notes of citrus and floral flavor, which adds a really nice lightness to this cocktail - perfect for a light, fizzy spritzer.

This is a fun and colorful drink to serve alongside appetizers such as my crab crostini with lemon and herbs!

1/2 ounce Aperol
Prosecco

Instructions
