Loved it love the kitchen. Would love to cook there, and I love watching the ravioli leaving being made because my grandmother did it all the time was a great lesson and a lot of fun.
If you are getting to the point that it’s getting dry, can you just stop kneading in the last bit of flour instead of adding water? Or is it better to use all the flour and add water?

These look amazing. I had a question about the sauce. Should the heat be turned off when adding the cheese? I always have an issue when I make cacio pepe because the cheese becomes stringy. Im probably doing something wrong. Thanks for these awesome videos.
