Sure, you can head down to the beach to get a view of your own - but why not take it a step further? Renting a kayak in Positano is the best way to go out in the water and look up at the town at your own leisure, all while getting some time to explore and enjoy the beautiful Tyrrhenian sea.

There's no need to make a reservation to rent a kayak in Positano. Just head down to either beach on Positano (The main beach, Spiaggia Grande, or the smaller Fornillo beach!) and you'll see stands where you can rent kayaks. Generally, it's 10 euros per hour - or 30 euros for 4 hours. Head out in the morning while the water is calmer and there are fewer people out and about. Bring a hat, sunscreen up, and have something waterproof to store your phone in, because you'll want to take 100 photos!

 
Once you're out on the water and had your fill of taking photos of the city, you can continue exploring the coast and unique views.
