Where to find the wine so delicious Giada buys it by the case

Putting together a new restaurant means a lot of learning moments, but rarely do I find one as delicious as this. In addition to tasting and re-tasting all of the dishes that go on the menu, I also taste the wines we're considering serving to make sure they're a) delicious and b) compliment the food. It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it!
When we were putting together the wine list for GDL Italian, we stumbled upon a new-to-me sauvignon blanc. From Kim Crawford winery in New Zealand's Marlborough region, known as the country's premier wine region, it's a light, buttery white wine that is absolutely delicious. I love the fruity, crisp flavor that's got just enough body to pair well with all kinds of dishes (even spicy foods!), but is literally perfect to sip all on its own.
As soon as I tasted it, I knew this wine just had to be on the GDL Italian menu. In fact, it's now on my personal wine list, too - I buy it by the case to keep at home!
