A cheesy weeknight meal that’ll get you fed fast!


Cheat meals are the perfect way to get through the week. And I don’t mean french fries and milkshakes —that we’ll leave for another day. I’m talking about meals where you get some assistance, a bit of a cheat, so you can get a simmering meal on the table quicker... and with less dirty dishes.
Today’s cheat: pre-made gnocchi. I love gnocchi. They’re like Italian dumplings, or as I like to call them, pillows of delight, and they cook in just a few minutes. Actually, this whole recipe will only take you about 10 real minutes - the rest of the time it’ll be bubbling in the oven.
It’s fast, hearty, and absolutely delicious!
