Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour the cider vinegar into a small bowl and add the mustard. Drizzle in the oil in a steady stream while whisking until the oil is fully incorporated. Season with the salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
