This homemade herb salt makes perfect use of abundant dried herbs, especially our favorite aromatic dried herbs from Sicily. Use just one herb, or create your own blend!
Use it to season chicken before roasting, sprinkle on a grilled steak at the very end before serving, on all forms of veggies, or even add a pinch to cookies right after they come out of the oven for a unique flavor. The options are endless.
