I like guacamole but I LOVE pico de gallo. It's practically fat free, makes everything from fish and seafood to beans and grains of all kinds taste amazing, and is a guilt-free snack food. Keep a jar in the fridge for topping tacos and of course chips. You can reduce or increase the amount of chili to taste.
