Created by world-famous Tuscan butcher Dario Cecchini, this mostarda is a sweet pepper condiment that adds big flavor to everything it touches. A traditional northern Italian relish, mostarda is usually made with candied fruit with a spicy kick. This version uses a base of red bell peppers, with just the right amount of fresh chiles for heat.

Like a sophisticated and perfectly balanced pepper jelly, use this condiment anywhere that could use a bit of sweetness, acidity, and spice. We particularly love it for glazing meat as it's finishing on the grill, or as a delicious spread on a sandwich. 

 

Tuscan Salt Blend

Also created by Dario Cecchini, this masterful salt blend is known as Profumo del Chianti (“the scent of Chianti”).
