When we caught wind of the Italian-style deli in LA called Ggiata, pronounced the same way as Giada, we knew it was a perfect match. Giada crafted her own signature sandwich with all of her favorite things for a limited-edition menu item - and if you're not in LA, you can make it right at home with this recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 roughly 6x6-inch square of focaccia bread
-
2 heaping tablespoons artichoke spread, such as Agnoni
- 4 ounces Prosciutto
- 1 4-ounce ball burrata
-
1/3 cup roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup baby arugula
-
Olive oil, to drizzle
Instructions
With a serrated knife, carefully cut the focaccia bread in half so there is a top and a bottom. Spread the artichoke spread evenly over both cut sides of bread. Lay prosciutto over one slice of bread. Tear the burrata over the prosciutto evenly. Evenly disperse the sun-dried tomatoes over the burrata. Add the baby arugula, then drizzle some olive oil over the arugula. Close the sandwich, and cut in half using a serrated knife and serve.
