Balsamic vinegar in a cocktail might raise eyebrows to some, but for us, it makes perfect sense - and it will for you once you try it! Vinegars that are made with the purpose to mix into drinks are called shrubs, and they offer a sweet, tart note of flavor to help balance cocktails.

This spin on a Moscow Mule gets some extra depth of flavor from the vinegar - try playing with quantities, too, to see how you best enjoy it!
