Cherry Balsamic Mule
- 1 ½ ounces vodka
- ¼ ounce (1 ½ teaspoons) lime juice, from half a small lime
- ¼ ounce (1 ½ teaspoons) Ponti cherry vinegar, or another rich balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup cup ginger beer
- Lime wedge, to garnish
- Mint, to garnish, optional
Add the vodka, lime juice, and cherry vinegar to a copper mug or lowball glass. Mix to combine. Fill the glass halfway up with ice, and add the ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint, if using, and serve.
