This easy cocktail captures the essence of Italian sunshine with just a few simple ingredients: vibrant orange, Italian sparkling water, and delightfully bitter and complex Campari to balance it out (and give it a beautiful color!)

With a bright, zingy citrus flavor thanks to frozen concentrate, and ever-so-slight bitterness from the Italian liqueur, it's just right and perfectly refreshing for a hot day. To give this cocktail a bit more oomph, feel free to substitute some (or all!) of the Italian sparkling water with Prosecco. For another spin, you can use Aperol in lieu of Campari, as well - just know it will change the flavor slightly, which you can read all about in our guide to Campari vs. Aperol!
