Ingredients

  • 6 mozzarella cheese (ciliegine)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 green olives
  • 6 Thinly sliced salami (rolled)
  • 3 piquillo peppers (halved lengthwise)
  • 2 roasted yellow peppers (sliced into 6 strips and rolled)
  • 6 kalamata olives
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 6 quarters of marinated Artichoke hearts
  • 6 -8 inch skewers

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl toss together the mozzarella, olive oil, oregano and salt. Working with one skewer at a time, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, marinated mozzarella ball, green olive, salami, piquillo pepper half, yellow pepper roll, kalamata olive, another basil leaf and artichoke heart. Serve on a platter.
