When you think of bolognese, you may think solely of pasta, and we don’t blame you! The combination of rich, velvety ragout and perfectly al dente penne or fettuccine is hard to beat. However, it also makes a great protein addition to everything from pizza (meat-lovers, rejoice!) to polenta, sloppy joes, stuffed bell peppers, and more!
Simply prep a double batch of Giada’s Simple Bolognese on Sunday while you have the time to let it simmer.
