There’s nothing more valuable in the kitchen than a top-quality olive oil—that’s why we wrapped our Giadzy extra virgin olive oil in gold! Light and fruity, it’s made with native taggiasca olives in the Liguria region, known as the Italian Riviera. The olives are cold-pressed and their oil is left unfiltered to preserve its rich, aromatic flavor and all those good-for-you antioxidants that make olive oil a healthy powerhouse. Golden yellow in color, our olive oil has a delicate, sweet flavor with notes of ripe olives and almonds. This mini bottle is wrapped in gold foil to protect the delicate oil from oxidation, making it a brilliant stocking stuffer that looks as good as it tastes.

Northern Liguria shares a border with France, where the taggiasca olive is known as a niçoise. The small, juicy olive is beloved across the Riviera region both for eating and as a source of an oil of exceptional delicacy and aroma. They are harvested once they reach the dark blue-violet color of peak ripeness, resulting in a milder, less bitter oil than those made with unripe olives.

Olives are such an important part of life in Liguria that their groves line the cliffs that overlook the Mediterranean, giving the coastline a romantic, silvery glow as you approach from the water. Ligurian olive oils are known to be elegant and well-balanced, without aggressively bitter or tannic notes. The region was the perfect place for us to source our very first in-house olive oil, a crowd-pleasing variety that sings of its unique Italian home.

This unfiltered olive oil has notes of ripe olives and almond, which are best appreciated as a finishing oil and on cold dishes. It pairs well with seafood dishes and carpaccio, as well as salads like a classic panzanella. Try drizzling it over melon and prosciutto or bruschetta topped with a creamy fresh cheese like burrata. It’s also delightful as a finishing touch on risottos and other rice dishes.

After our family trip in Europe, my daughter had a new found interest in dipping quality bread in to quality olive oil. I bought this mini olive oil bottle as a stocking stuffer for her. It was empty in no time! I’ll be buying a bigger bottle next!

Hi. I would love to rate better , but just received my order 1/4 th...I did send an email regarding this, and received a response today 1/5th..
So, I guess I needed to have ordered by Dec 11th, I ordered 12/13 th...I did not see a date for before Christmas delivery, order to be delivered by a specific date...only at the order screen was stated by the fee I pd was.2- 5 business days for delivery.. Apparently it was not.
Unfortunately what I was told was not enough information for me..as I wanted these items for a thank you gift for before Christmas. I received my box yesterday 1/4/26.
Honestly, I have followed Giada on the Food Network, and now as Giadzy!! I also have a couple of cookbooks of Giada...from years ago.

Excelent but the paper wrapped was with oil in the outside. The bottle is not broken . Maybe the spill came from the tap.

Favorite olive oil!

This is our favorite olive oil! We have been purchasing it from Giadzy for awhile now and love it! We wanted to purchase the mini bottle along with the regular size bottle this time to have on hand. We may need to take it with us somewhere like when we cook at our cabin!
