This simple aperitivo is is a breeze to throw together - it's equal parts of 4 ingredients. A little bitter, a little sweet, and with bright lemon juice to tie it all together, the Paper Plane cocktail is a great drink to open up the palate before dinner.

Ingredients

3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and combine all of the ingredients. Shake the cocktail shaker for about 15 seconds, and strain the drink into a martini coupe.
