In her viral recipe, flat squares of taccole pasta mimic broken lasagna sheets, and all the traditional lasagna fillings are spread out on a sheet pan, then topped with a generous amount of mozzarella for maximum melty goodness. The result is a tray full of the crispy, cheesy edge pieces of the best lasagna you’ve ever had.
