Soup was delicious. Didn’t know you would have to eat it all right way. It cooled and became a pot of mush pasta that didn’t last as the delicious serving immediately after cooking. Does not make left overs

Heaven in a bowl! To have pasta that is gluten free that tastes and feels like the pasta you dream of is amazing. And the recipe was all the comfort food in one bowl! So yummy! And easy!!

The idea is there and I was so excited to cook and try this soup but my recipe flopped. Not sure where the mishap was or if there was one but my end result was very startchy. Almost had the texture of baby food. Think very startchy oatmeal.
