Ingredients
- 1 ounce amaro (bitter Italian liqueur, such as Ramazzotti)
- 3 ounces ginger ale
- 1 lime cheek
Instructions

- In a rocks glass filled with ice, combine the amaro and ginger ale. Squeeze in the lime cheek and add the whole thing to the cocktail. Give the drink a stir and serve.
