No Italian pantry is complete without some fabulous olive oil (olio) and vinegar (aceto). Here, we’ve collected our favorites to outfit your kitchen with everything you need to cook the Italian way. With one versatile, well-balanced olive oil, a rich, decadent balsamico, and a flavored oil to add a sunny touch to special dishes, you’ll be ready for any meal. This kit comes with a beautiful gift box, a lovely present for the cook in your life.

This box contains:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Made from a blend of bella di Cerignola and coratina olives grown in sunny Puglia on the Fratepietro family estate, this oil is well-balanced enough to use every day. Bella di Cerignola olives have been grown around the northern Puglian town of (you guessed it!) Cerignola for centuries, and are protected by DOP certification—an official seal of approval that identifies the most special regional foods in the country. This fruity extra virgin olive oil has a slightly bitter aftertaste, with notes of artichoke, unripe tomato, and fresh almond. It can be used for cooking or as a finishing oil, though, like all extra virgin olive oils, it should not be exposed to high heat.

Sorrento’s Lemon Oil: Just opening a bottle of this fragrant lemon olive oil from Gargiulo will immediately transport you to the sun-drenched citrus groves of the Amalfi coast. Made with IGP-certified Sorrento lemons and local olives, this oil is bright and aromatic. Sorrento lemons are so fragrant, they're the signature of the Amalfi coast, where they've grown for more than 1,000 years. In fact, it was these lemons that inspired Giada's famous lemon spaghetti! With less bitter pith than the lemons you know, and a thick peel that's packed with fragrant oil, they're so sweet that true lemon-lovers eat them whole, just like oranges. Now, that unforgettable lemon essence is captured in a finishing oil that’s perfect for drizzling over anything that needs a touch of Italian sunshine.

Organic Balsamic Vinegar: From Modena, its spiritual home, this organic balsamic vinegar from Bellei is a rare find: a traditionally made balsamic that’s also certified organic. The Bellei family have been making balsamic vinegar in Modena since the 19th century, following the highest standards to create the most delicious products possible. Aged in oak barrels for 12 years, this is a rich, dense, and sweetly sour balsamic that can be used nearly anywhere. Use it for salads, of course, like a traditional Caprese with the best tomatoes you can find. It adds a complex depth and sweetness to cocktails and beverages, and for a sophisticated dessert, drizzle a little over sliced strawberries or vanilla gelato.
