Finally, gluten-free pasta that meets our sky-high standards! This teeny-tiny star shape is a kind of pastina (small pasta), beloved among Italian kids and grownups alike as a comfort food classic. Our Giadzy gluten-free stelline is made with all-natural ingredients using the same traditional artisan methods as our wheat-based pasta. Its perfect al dente texture and rich flavor make it the only gluten-free pasta that’s good enough to be Giadzy.

From the heart of Lombardy’s Po River Valley, where corn and rice have been cultivated for generations, our gluten-free pasta is crafted by master pasta makers using time-honored methods and the finest quality ingredients. It starts with Italian-grown, non-GMO corn and rice flours blended with pristine spring water from the mountains—no emulsifiers, preservatives, or other mystery additives, ever. The corn and rice flours are carefully selected from pure heirloom varieties of these simple grains, and are sourced directly from family farmers to ensure complete quality control. Our pasta artisans use their cutting-edge knowledge to turn these three simple elements into a traditional pasta that’s kneaded, shaped, and slowly air-dried the same way pasta has been made for centuries. Because it’s completely natural, you can even use the starchy cooking water to bring your pasta and sauce together.

For a country that’s as passionate about wheat products as Italy is (think pasta, pizza, biscotti, focaccia—the list goes on and on), it should come as no surprise that they’re serious about making delicious gluten-free foods! I made Giada’s Stelline Pasta Soup recipe and used her Stelline Pasta with the Lemon Oregano Salt and didn’t change a thing and it was absolutely delicious. It came out to be more like a risotto than soupy but it was fabulous. The pasta itself is so good. It didn’t taste anything like our gluten free pastas that we sell here in the U.S. I’ve given the pasta and salt to friends to try along with the recipe. I buy Giada’s products quite a bit and I love them all. I especially use her Tocoli pasta - both regular and gluten free and love them all. I also buy her canned tomatoes. Anything Giada’s does is a winner! Definitely try the pastas!!

Oh my goodness! My family does not understand what I am talking about when I try to explain the difference in this pasta compared to what is sold in our grocers. Until now! My daughter-in-law is gluten free. She does not check out pastas like I do. But she just said she was going to order more of this pasta as it taste so good! I ordered more for her and will continue to do so as I know how much better it is than what is sold in a grocery store.
