Organic Spaghetti Chitarra Pasta: Our Giadzy organic spaghetti chitarra has an unexpected edge—literally! With squared edges, this geometric shape is an Abruzzese specialty traditionally made with a wooden frame strung tightly with wires called a chitarra (literally "guitar"). After pressing the dough into the wires using a rolling pin, the pasta maker strums the strings as if they were playing a guitar to shake the finished pasta loose. While it remains a favorite in Abruzzo, spaghetti chitarra has found fans across Italy for its ever-so-slightly rough texture and hearty versatility.

Organic Nodi Marini Pasta: Our organic nodi marini ("sailor's knots") are loosely twisted coils of pasta, so named because they resemble the complicated rope knots that all sailors must know. One of Giada’s favorite shapes, she discovered it on a trip to Italy and was determined to bring it back to the U.S.! In Puglia, it’s sometimes known as molloni (“springs”), while in parts of Naples it’s known as vesuvio, in honor of the great volcano Vesuvius that towers over the region. No matter what you call it, each knotty bite is a delight.

Organic Coastal Puglia Olive Oil: Big personality is the name of the game with our Coastal Puglia extra virgin olive oil, made with 100% organic Coratina olives along the Adriatic Sea. It’s unapologetic in its flavor: bold, peppery, but balanced with herbaceous fruity notes. The robust flavor isn’t just prized for culinary purposes, either - that signature spicy kick is a hallmark of remarkable health benefits. Coratina olive oil boasts some of the highest polyphenol levels found in any oil, at 500 to 700 mg/kg at the pressing stage. Translation: this olive oil is jam-packed with antioxidants, making it a top tier choice for wellness purposes.

Nickel-Free Tomato Passata: When flavorful fresh tomatoes aren’t available, our ripe tomato passata is here to step in. Much more than your everyday tomato puree, passata is made with fresh tomatoes instead of cooked, giving it an elegant lightness of flavor and texture. It’s as if you had freshly grated, peak-of-summer tomatoes at your fingertips all year round.

Spicy Seasoned Salt: With our well-rounded Spicy Seasoned Salt in your pantry, you may never reach for another seasoning again. This blend has everything: a mild, fruity heat from sun-dried Sicilian chilis, bright lemon zest, and gorgeously perfumed oregano and rosemary, all combined with coarse natural sea salt that comes straight from the Mediterranean itself. It’s a versatile blend crafted by Giada to give any dish a distinctly Italian character with lots of personality.

2 Cans Whole Corbara Pomodorini Tomatoes: These whole, unpeeled pomodorini (“tiny tomatoes”) in tomato juice are bite-sized, bell-shaped cherry tomatoes grown in the heart of Campania. Loyal fans will remember how much Giada loved the “blue can” pomodorini—that’s why we sourced our own! The corbarino tomato is a unique variety even more prized by connoisseurs than its neighbor, the San Marzano. With the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, these tomatoes are Giada’s ultimate pick for sauces that sing with pure tomato flavor.
