From the heart of Lombardy’s Po River Valley, where corn and rice have been cultivated for generations, our gluten-free pasta is crafted by master pasta makers using time-honored methods and the finest quality ingredients. It starts with Italian-grown, non-GMO corn and rice flours blended with pristine spring water from the mountains—no emulsifiers, preservatives, or other mystery additives, ever. The corn and rice flours are carefully selected from pure heirloom varieties of these simple grains, and are sourced directly from family farmers to ensure complete quality control. Our pasta artisans use their cutting-edge knowledge to turn these three simple elements into a traditional pasta that’s kneaded, shaped, and slowly air-dried the same way pasta has been made for centuries. Because it’s completely natural, you can even use the starchy cooking water to bring your pasta and sauce together.

I ordered this for my daughter whose gluten intolerant it came in for individual boxes no gift bag no gift card no gift anything and I paid extra to have the gift box little disappointed in my first order.
My ten year old daughter with celiac disease loved it and so does the whole family.
OMG! This is the best GF pasta I have ever had. I can’t even eat another brand. Love the recipes too so glad I joined the membership. Hope she keeps making new recipes that are gluten free.

Wonderful pasta. I ordered the gluten free pasta and the olive oil. I made fresh pesto the olive oil and served it with chicken and peppers over the delicious pasta.
My niece is celiac and my aunt and cousin feel much better cutting the gluten out so I figured I’d give your pasta a try!! It did not disappoint!!! Everyone loved it including g myself who eats gluten. I would eat this on a regular basis and plan to!! Thank you for creating such a great product!!

I can not believe how good this pasta is! My daughter and I are gluten free and bought for ourselves, but the rest of our family liked it even better than their own pasta. It is not grainy and the texture is perfect. It held a bolognese sauce perfectly. I will be purchasing more!
We love Giada’s gluten free pasta! This is our 4th order of the pasta. It tastes great and just like regular pasta. As with other gluten free pastas, it doesn’t reheat well but we make a smaller portion and save what we don’t use for next time. I highly recommend this pasta.
