i wonder if this would be good with mushrooms AND zucchini?
Give it a try & let us know how it goes! Just make sure to slice them thinly and sauté them first to remove excess moisture before adding them to your scarpaccia mixture. This way, they’ll blend seamlessly with the zucchini and other ingredients.
