My popcorn with Simply7 makes for a great topper for ice cream. When I eat gelato, I usually like to top it with a bit of flaky sea salt and extra virgin olive oil - but the popcorn adds all that by itself, plus a great crunch.

Popcorn Sundae

Ingredients

2-3 scoops chocolate or vanilla ice cream
Hot fudge sauce
5 cups Simply7 by Giada Olive Oil Popcorn

Instructions

To a small bowl, scoop 2 to 3 scoops of chocolate or vanilla ice cream or a combination of both. Drizzle with your favorite hot fudge sauce and sprinkle with Simply7 by Giada De Laurentiis Olive Oil Popcorn. Enjoy immediately!
