Limoncello Shakerato

Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce limoncello liquor
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce agave syrup
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to create froth. Empty the contents of the cocktail into a rocks glass and serve.

I thought the limoncello and coffee mixture sounded bizarre but I tried it anyway. I used simple syrup instead of agave and it's surprisingly refreshing. Good use for extra coffee!
