Cool Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple (halved and cored)
- 1/2 English cucumber (chopped (about 1 cup))
- 2 packed cups baby spinach
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (such as Fage)
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the apple, cucumber, spinach, grapes, mint, yogurt, ice cubes and salt in a blender. Puree on high for 2 minutes or until completely smooth.
