Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple (halved and cored)
  • 1/2 English cucumber (chopped (about 1 cup))
  • 2 packed cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (such as Fage)
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the apple, cucumber, spinach, grapes, mint, yogurt, ice cubes and salt in a blender. Puree on high for 2 minutes or until completely smooth.
