This fizzy spin on a negroni is the recipe we use at my restaurants!
- 1 1/2 ounces bitter orange liquor such as Campari
- 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
- 2 ounces Prosecco
- 2 dashes of bitters
- To a tall glass or a champagne flute add the orange liquor, sweet vermouth, prosecco and the bitters. Stir with a cocktail spoon to combine.
